Kim Dolan Leto’s Fit God’s Way gives you a foundation for fitness by introducing and inviting Jesus into your fitness journey。 Kim explains that if we truly want to get fit we need to invite God on our journey。 She lays out 7 Daily Habits to follow as well as the Fit God’s Way Daily System that answers the when, where, what, and how of achieving your goals by using the 7Ws。 I have found that after implementing these habits and the daily system, I am looking at my workouts and my meals as part of my spiritual walk with God rather than chores I have to complete。 I GET to do these things rather than I have to。 The guilt and need for perfection are gone and have been replaced with grace and peace。 I highly recommend this book, Fit God’s Way, to anyone looking for a new way to do fitness without comparison and restriction and to focus on renewing your spirit and body with God。 。。。more
